We respect your choice and privacy. You can easily delete your account either directly through our mobile application or by submitting a web deletion request below.

Steps to Delete Account via Mobile App

Open the Voyez Application

Launch the Voyez app on your Android or iOS device and ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.

Navigate to Profile

Tap on your profile picture or icon located in the bottom navigation bar to open your Profile Page.

Open Options Menu

Tap the Menu icon in the top right-hand corner of your Profile header.

Select 'About'

Choose the About option from the drop-down menu list to open the app description and info page.

Tap on 'Delete Account'

Scroll down to the bottom of the About page. Locate and tap on the red Delete Account button.

Submit Deletion Request

Select a reason for deletion, fill out optional feedback, check the red confirmation checkbox, and click Permanently Delete Account.

Important Notice

Account deletion is irreversible. Once confirmed, all your personal details, profile data, published posts, comments, likes, private chat histories, and notifications will be permanently removed from our databases.

Can I recover my data once deleted?

No. Account deletion is permanent and complete. We immediately queue your data for permanent overwriting across all local databases and servers, so it is impossible to recover any profile info, post, comment, or message history.

What specific data is deleted?

We erase your full name, username, email address, profile picture, contact details, posts, comments, likes, private chats, group history, device tokens, and analytical logs. No private identification logs are preserved.
